Terms of Use

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms govern your use of caymoremanagement.com (the “website”) and the Caymore members portal (the “portal”), both operated by Caymore Consulting, LLC (“Caymore”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the portal you agree to them. If you are a client, your Client & Membership Agreement, which you accept when you first open the portal, also applies and takes precedence where the two differ.

The website

The website describes our services and lets you send us an enquiry. Its content is for information; destinations, properties, seasons and prices mentioned are illustrative, change without notice, and are not an offer. Nothing on the website creates a client relationship until we have agreed one in writing.

The portal

Access to the portal is by invitation from your Caymore advisor only. There are three kinds of account: the advisor; a primary member, who sees and manages a household’s portal; and family & friends guests, who are invited by the advisor to view one trip. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, for the people you ask us to invite, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your authority. We recommend turning on two-step verification.

You may use the portal only for your own household’s travel and lifestyle arrangements. You must not try to reach another household’s information, interfere with the service, upload anything unlawful or malicious, or use automated means to access it. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Information you give us

You confirm that the details you enter — about yourself, your household and the people who travel with you — are accurate and that you are entitled to give them to us. Details of children are given only by a parent or guardian. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, suppliers and payment

Caymore acts as your agent in arranging services from hotels, airlines, charter operators, villas, restaurants and other suppliers. Each supplier’s own terms — including deposits, cancellation windows and refund rules — apply to what is booked with them, and we will tell you those terms before you commit. Caymore’s advisory and management fees are set out in your agreement or trip proposal. A card you authorize in the portal is used only within the scope, ceiling and categories you have signed for, and you may revoke an authorization at any time by writing to your advisor; charges already incurred remain due. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.

Electronic signatures and notices

By signing a card authorization or accepting an agreement in the portal you agree to do so electronically, and you agree that we may send you a copy and other notices by email to the address on your account. You can ask for a paper copy at any time.

Our content

The text, photography, film, design and software of the website and portal belong to Caymore or its licensors. You may view them and, as a member, download your own documents and itineraries. You may not copy, publish or reuse our content without our written permission. Hotel, airline and brand names appear only to describe the services we arrange and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the portal available and your information safe, but we provide the website and portal “as is” and cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Caymore is not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability in connection with the website or portal is limited to the fees you have paid to Caymore for the arrangement concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts for Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and material changes will be notified to members in the portal. Questions: [email protected], Caymore Consulting, LLC, Palm Beach, Florida. See also our Seller of Travel disclosure.
