We set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and nothing on this site tracks you across other websites. Because every cookie we set is essential, we do not show a cookie banner.
The public website
Browsing caymoremanagement.com sets no cookies of our own. Our hosting network, Cloudflare, counts page visits in aggregate without cookies or personal identifiers, and may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic.
The members portal
- Sign-in session (names beginning
sb-): keeps you signed in after you enter your password. Set by our sign-in service; removed when you sign out. - cy_role: whether you are an advisor or a member, so the right inactivity limit applies. Thirty days.
- cy_idle: the time of your last activity, so the portal can sign you out after a period of inactivity (30 minutes for advisors, 12 hours for members). One day.
- cy_2fa: records that this browser has passed two-step verification by emailed code, so you are not asked for a code on every page. Thirty days; removed when you sign out.
All portal cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure, which means they are sent only over encrypted connections and cannot be read by scripts.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. The public website works without them; the members portal cannot keep you signed in without the session cookie. For how we handle personal information more generally, see the Privacy Policy.
