The Details We Remember

How a single preference sheet shapes every stay, booking and occasion we arrange.

Every Caymore client completes a preference sheet at the start of the relationship. It takes around ten minutes, and it informs everything we arrange from that point forward.

Some of it is practical: names as they appear on passports, preferred aircraft and seating, and the cars clients like to be met in. Some of it is personal, from how coffee is taken to the wine chosen for a celebration and the flowers preferred in a room.

Before each arrival, hotels and staff are briefed accordingly. A suite on a high floor away from the lift, firm pillows, a table at half past seven for the children and a favourite white Burgundy already chilled are all in place before anyone has to ask.

The same record guides life at home. Birthdays and anniversaries are kept alongside the tastes of the people they belong to, so gifts are chosen and delivered on the day, and a residence in another city is stocked with what clients actually enjoy.

Preferences change over time, and the sheet is updated whenever they do. Your advisor ensures that every booking reflects the most recent version.

If this appeals, we would be glad to arrange it.Begin a Conversation
